History: Onryou was originally the daughter of a Japanese warlord. When his wife was killed and kingdom taken from him, he sacrificed his daughter’s soul, turning her into a vengeful ghost. She has gone throughout the ages killing the descendants of all that were enemies of her father. The Revengeful Ghost, Onryou appeared in the U.S. fifteen years ago. Little is known of her except that she has had a number of run ins with prior Black Tigers in her quest to “free her soul” by taking revenge on a certain Japanese house.

History: A misogynistic, homicidal maniac with the mutant ability to control water, Malestrom’s murdering rampage came to a head while Pac was the Black Tiger. Pac stopped his reign of terror, but a loophole in the system resulted in Malestrom’s trial being postponed for years. During this window, Malestrom escaped and began killing the women Black Tiger saved from him and who had testified against him, until Eric stopped Malestom permanently.
