#2 Betwixt and Between WARNING: The following contains spoilers!
Eric goes to the penitentiary and visits with Tse-Wai Man, the leader of the Red Dragon Triad Society before Genghis, who was responsible for the organization’s rise in the food chain. Tse-Wai Man preaches for a return to the ways of old when Tongs, rebel organizations in China, immigrated to the United States as "benevolent" merchants' associations designed to shield Chinese-Americans by extorting a street tax in exchange for protection.
Eric
is uninterested in Tse-Wai Man’s words, seeing only power for a more
aggressive Red Dragon Triad Society and vengeance for his father’s
death. Upon leaving the penitentiary, Popcorn tells Eric they have a lead
to the whereabouts of Skull Face Gandolphini. That evening, Eric takes to
the city for the first time as the Black Tiger. The Black Tiger tracks the
Ogre to a diamond shop he is trashing, but underestimates the Ogre and is
overwhelmed. Before the Ogre can finish the Black Tiger the police, lead
by Joe Cortez, arrive, taking Ogre away. Joe voices his usual dislike for
vigilantism, but to his surprise receives strong words in return from the
Black Tiger before taking his leave. While watching the news, Jenn sees
footage of the new look Black Tiger talking trash to Joe, and a news flash
that the Ogre escaped. All the while, Brett is busy trying to implement
Feng-Shui principles, as taught to him by one of his female students, on
Jenn’s apartment, to her annoyance. Brett finds it cool that the Black
Tiger has an edgier look and attitude, an attitude Jenn knows too well.
On her way out, Kenya, with her boyfriend Nitro, shows up at her door to
pay respects and apologize for being out of the country. Evel calls Joe
into his office regarding his inflammatory comments regarding Black Tiger
on the news. 
Ogre
shows up at Skull Face’s, after having escaped the authorities. Skull
Face’s men are pissed at Ogre and think he has snitched. They call
him a freak and dis him. Skull Face tells Ogre to hideout and stay hidden
until he is contacted. At her father’s house, going through her father’s
stuff, she finds her father’s secret closet and all of his Black Tiger
apparel.
