| Beyond Time, LLC, was established in 2002, with its flagship division Beyond Time Entertainment. The first initiative of Beyond Time Entertainment/Beyond Time Comics, is to develop and produce comic book properties. Beyond Time Comics's characters and plotlines are created in-house, and all creative work is performed in-house or by work-for-hire talent. As a future line of business, Beyond Time Comics, will license its characters for use in a wide range of consumer products and services including apparel, collectibles, snack foods, and entertainment projects including feature films, DVD/home video, video games, and television based on its characters.
